Q. How can you sell the same apron as a competitor for a considerable lower price?
We keep our overhead low by buying in large quantities. The majority of our inventory is warehoused in New Jersey and we own the building. We have additional facilities in Georgia, California and North Carolina but we don’t have high price leases or hefty storage fees.
Q. I’m looking for a custom apron or an apron I don’t see on your site. Is it possible to get other aprons than the ones listed here?
We carry many more aprons than are listed on the site. What you see here are the most popular and best sellers. If we do not have an apron that you want, we can custom make it! A large portion of our business is custom work with a turnaround time in as little as 7 to 10 days. Please contact us for more information. We will be more than happy to help you!
Q. I found the same apron for less somewhere else (highly unlikely!). Will you match their price?
Nobody beats our prices, period! Yes - We will match any legitimate price on the same item, same manufacturer and same quality. Just send us the link or web address and we will verify the information. The item must be available for purchase and in stock on the competitor’s site.
Q. How do I know if the apron will fit me?
Most of the aprons are one size fits most. In our experience, these cover about 85% to 90% of the public. Our models range in height and weight and we tried to show a mix of body types for reference. Some aprons are also available in special order larger sizes. Please contact us for more details.
Q. How long does it take for imprinting to be completed?
Most imprinting will be completed in 24 to 48 hours. Please contact us if you need more information.
Q. What are the prices on imprinting?
Prices have many variables and are tough to quote one price. Please contact us with a sample description of what you are looking for.
Q. What is your return policy?
Return Policy:
We only sell first quality goods, from companies with only the highest quality control standards. Before we ship your items, we re-inspect and hand bag each and every apron. If for some reason we missed something, please let us know.
If the error is ours i.e. we shipped the wrong size, color or style, we will pay to return the item back to us and we will re-ship the correct item to you at our cost!
On all other types of returns: We will charge a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise. You also would need to return ship the item to us at your cost.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted on laundered items.
APRON EMBROIDERY
Q - How long will my embroidery order take before it ships?
A - Most embroidered aprons and Chef apparel take 3 days to complete before shipping.
Q - What is the standard size of an embroidered name on an apron?
A - Normal height of an embroidered name is from ½ -3/4 inches high and from 2 to 3 ½ inches long, depending on the number of letters.
Q - Where will my name or logo be located on my apron?
A - We put a single name on the front top center of the apron. On a vest or Chef jacket we use the left side for a primary logo or name and the right side for a secondary one. If variations* to this standard format are requested, please advise us when placing your order. (* additional charges may apply)
Q - What does it cost for me to get my logo embroidered on my apron?
A - First, your logo will be digitized which runs from approximately $25-$35. Second, the price per garment is set by thread count of the logo. Most logo’s cost between $6-$8. In order to serve you better, we will keep your digitized logo on file so that the next time you have an apron order, you will only pay for the actual embroidery. No new digitizing fee will be necessary unless changes are made to the original design.
Q: When you digitize an embroidery design, who owns the digitized file?
A: Apronoutfitters owns the digitized file. We do not own your logo, only the digitized file we create. This file will only be used for subsequent embroidery orders you place.
Q: Can I bleach my embroidered garment?
A: We do not recommend bleaching any garments with embroidery or any colored aprons. We recommend washing these garments as you would do with any other color treated, high quality garments.
