Credit Cards  by 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed when the order is placed .

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Apron Outfitters reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Apronoutfitters.com may reject any customization order it considers to be inappropriate for production. These reasons are not limited too but may include:  Copyright or trademark infringement.  Text, images, logos or wording that is inappropriate for our production.

Other Conditions  by 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Apron Outfitters. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, in stock products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday when using UPS. USPS orders would take longer to ship.  However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.  If the item is not in stock we can produce the item for inventory and shipment to you in 3-10 days.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

Returns  by 

Returns are accepted in unwashed, unaltered, brand new state and in original packaging. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of delivery. If we did not make a mistake in order processing or the product is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your return order. In such case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and no shipping fees will be refunded.    If an order is placed and has been processed but not yet shipped a cancellation may be made but a 15% fee may be deducted from the refund.  If an order is placed,  processed and shipped out, no cancellations may be made.  If an order is placed, processed and shipped but the customer rejects the package all shipping charges both incoming and outgoing will be the responsibility of the customer and a 25% restocking fee will apply. 

Shipping errors: If an order is placed,  processed and shipped but the address has been entered incorrectly by us, we will pay to have the address changed or re-ship the items.  If an order is placed, processed and shipped and we used the exact information the customer has provided but the carrier has determined it to be an incorrect, incomplete or an inaccurate address, all fees to change the address are the responsibility of the customer.  If we used the exact address provided to us at time of purchase and the package has been returned to us by the carrier because of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address, all fees assessed by the carrier as well as shipping charges both incoming and outgoing will be the responsibility of the customer.  A 25% restocking fee will also apply.  These charges and fees will be deducted from the original invoice and the balance will be refunded using the original payment method.

If the shipment is sent international and the customer rejects the package, refuses to pay their customs fees, broker fees or the package is not deliverable for any reason then the customer is responsible for shipping both incoming and outgoing, they are also responsible for any and all fees for the returning shipment and a 25% restocking fee may be assessed.   In cases where the items are not returned to us, no refunds will be given. 

Orders for stock items that exceed our normal stock quantities are considered custom.  If a normal stock item needs to be made because your order exceeds our normal stock levels that item is now considered a custom made item and is subject to our custom return policy. 

All custom orders are not returnable, no exchanges and no refunds will be given. This includes but is not limited to custom made garments, embroidery, screen printing, imprinting or custom transfers, stock items that exceeded our normal stock levels.

Any orders and items shipping for embroidery, screen printing or embellishment purposes must be inspected upon their arrival for accuracy.  Apron Outfitters will not refund or accept returns or provide replacement items on any altered/customized garments,  this applies to shipping or fulfillment errors.  We highly recommend checking your shipment upon arrival and notifying the embellishment company of the order, quantities, sizes etc.

Unless marked otherwise we only sell first quality goods. We use only the highest quality control standards. Before we ship your items, we re-inspect and hand bag each and every item. If for some reason we missed something, please let us know. If the error is ours i.e. we shipped the wrong size, color or style, we will pay to return the item back to us and we will re-ship the correct item to you at our cost! On all other types of returns: We will charge a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise. You also would need to return ship the item to us at your cost and no shipping fees will be refunded. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in the original packaging.   No returns will be accepted on used, worn, laundered, customized, smelly, or any items deemed to not be in new condition.

 Free shipping refers to the initial shipping to the customer. When returning free shipping items customer pays return shipping. The original cost of shipping will be also be deducted from the returned amount. All other shipping policies apply to free shipping.

Slight variances in the finished size of any garment can and may occur. Normally the difference is less then ˝” - 3/4” . This is normal for commercial sewing production and is considered normal for Apron Outfitters. Apronoutfitters.com reserves the right to make production changes at any time. Changes while rare may occur and the website may not be updated to reflect such changes. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be authorized for such minor differences in sizing. 

EXCEPTIONS:

Production, theatrical and movie companies and other such related business entities:

Returns are not accepted from the following: production, theatrical and movie companies, divisions of and/or other such related business entities.  This policy includes individuals working, volunteering or connected in any way with production, theatrical and/or movie companies and/or other such related business entities.  Returns will be denied when using the automated RMA.  Production, theatrical and/or movie companies and/or other such related business entities who would like Apron Outfitters to consider a return should first contact Apron Outfitters by email.   Once contacted by such companies, each order will be handled on a case by case basis.  In the rare exception that a return authorization is made and returns are authorized by Apron Outfitters, a restocking fee of 50% will be charged.  Apron Outfitters is not responsible for any shipping costs or charges.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- When choosing UPS for your shipping method most orders received before 3:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

When choosing USPS for your shipping method most orders will ship in 3-7 days from day of purchase.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday except by prior arrangement. USPS Priority mail refers to the service provided by the USPS and not Apron Outfitters.  If you need the item shipped faster please choose UPS for your shipping company.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Apron Outfitters, UPS, USPS or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes and Custom Fees  by 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

International Buyers – Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 The customer is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs charges, broker fees etc. which are charged by their Government/officials for the shipment.  All international shipment paperwork will be filled out according to the actual invoice.  Apron Outfitters will not be responsible for any additional charges for international shipments.  International customers should look into and be aware of taxes, duties, fees, custom charges etc. that their government may or will be charging.  Custom orders are not returnable, no refunds and no exchanges.  If customer refuses to pay additional fees the customer will be charged all shipping fees, restocking fees and additional fees which may be charged during shipping, custom orders are not refundable

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Apron Outfitters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Apron Outfitters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Apron Outfitters shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
