Apron Embroidery FAQ's
Q - Where is the embroidery done?
A - 100% of our embroidery is done here in the U.S.A. We have 2 in house production facilities on the east coast that handle all of our embroidery.
Q - Can you handle embroidery on 2000 pieces, 5000 pieces, 10,000 or more?
A - Yes, we have state of the art embroidery machines which can handle large orders with no problems.
Q - How long will my embroidery order take before it ships?
A - Rush orders are possible. Most embroidered aprons and chef apparel are estimated to take up to 14 days to complete before shipping. We use this as standard time frame but the majority of embroidered items ship sooner.
Q - What is the standard size of an embroidered name on an apron?
A - Normal height of an embroidered name is from 1/2 - 1" inches high and from 2 to 4" inches long, depending on the number of letters.
Q - Where will my name or logo be located on my apron?
A - Standard locations: We put a single name on the front top center of the apron. On a vest or Chef jacket we use the left side for a primary logo or name and the right side for a secondary logo.
Please speak with us via email or phone if you would like the embroidery placed in a different location.
Q - What does it cost for me to get my logo embroidered on my apron?
A - We ask you to submit a basic image to us. Your logo is run through our program to estimate stitch count and cost for having the logo set up for embroidery. We email you a written quote with the cost of embroidery.
A: No, you need to give us approvals before we actually embroider your items. Depending on the order you will need to approve some or all of the following: Digital sample, actual sew out of you logo, placement sample.
A: We do not recommend bleaching any garments with embroidery or any colored aprons. We recommend washing these garments as you would do with any other color treated, high quality garments.
